Carton marks and private labeling
Project packing may include buyer marks, model and color codes, barcodes, instruction languages, hardware labels and room or floor references. Artwork, print color and approval timing should be confirmed before production because late carton changes can affect the shipment schedule.
Mixed-category container planning
A loading plan should consider carton size, gross weight, stacking strength, unloading order and fragile zones—not only theoretical CBM. Heavy items are distributed carefully, and products needed first at the destination can be positioned according to the agreed unloading plan where practical.
Packing and loading checks
Before loading, checks can confirm the product and finish, complete hardware, readable labels, protected edges, sound cartons and package count. Where agreed, loading records can include staged photographs, container number and seal information.
